WeSports Annual report 2025

WS WeSports Group is a Nordic group specialising in sports equipment. They are leaders in sports categories such as cycling, fitness, running, hockey, floorball, skiing, outdoor activities and golf. WS targets elite athletes and active individuals through online- and physical stores, which offer both their own and external brands.

WeSports wanted to publish its 2025 annual report in English to make it accessible to international stakeholders and investors. The translation needed to be delivered within a very tight timeframe, so WS contacted Fluid Translation to explore the options and solutions available.

Fluid tailored a fast and automated process for WS, in which the report was translated using AI and then professionally post-edited (MTPE) by one of Fluid's long-standing specialist financial translators. The texts were then sent to WeSports for validation in Fluid's web-based ICR tool. Using ICR, the English translation could be reviewed by the client's own experts to ensure that the terminology and tone of voice were aligned with the company's preferences.

The result was a fast and seamless process, with a complete English translation delivered to WS for review in approximately one working week.
