Heimstaden Bostad’s Annual Report 2025

Heimstaden Bostad is a leading European residential real estate company with a mission to acquire, develop and manage ‘friendly homes’ (eco-friendly, energy-efficient, or sustainable housing designed to protect the environment and lower utility costs). Since the company was founded in 1998, Heimstaden has grown steadily and today manages 159,000 residential properties in nine countries, of which 46,700 are in Sweden.

Fluid Translation was entrusted with translating Heimstaden’s 2025 annual report from English into Swedish. In parallel with the translation of Heimstaden Bostads’ annual report, Heimstaden AB’s report was also translated.

When working with a completely new client such as Heimstaden, Fluid Translation always puts considerable effort into laying a solid foundation for an efficient and long-term collaboration. This involves meetings with the client to understand their expectations, corporate values and desired tone of voice, as well as technical work such as creating client-specific terminology lists and style guides.
